About the Founder
Six years ago, Devello began in software. After more than $40,000 and months of back-and-forth with developers, COVID hit — and the original startup was left with a product the world no longer needed.
Construction became the next chapter. It was essential, hands-on, and real — the kind of work that got me moving again when everything else had shut down. That chapter led to beautiful, soulful spaces for executives, teachers, landlords, business owners, real estate firms, and many others.
That same builder mindset never left software behind. Four years of disciplined self-teaching brought the work back into digital products, culminating in the launch of an independent app on the App Store.
The blog captures the thinking behind it all — lessons from physical work, lessons from software, and a belief that the best things are built with care.
