Shipping Method
Orders ship via insured LTL freight. Standard delivery is curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping Costs & Finalization
Shipping costs depend on destination ZIP, product type/quantity, crating requirements, and delivery access (liftgate, appointment, residential vs commercial). Final shipping charges are confirmed after order review and prior to shipment.
Crating & Handling
Certain items require professional crating for safe transit, including glass doors, glass panels, mirrors, and some oversized windows. Crating/handling fees may be listed separately.
White-Glove Delivery (Optional)
White-glove delivery may be available for select products. When selected, it typically includes scheduled delivery, inside placement, and uncrating. Availability and pricing depend on destination and site conditions.
Delivery Timeframes
Transit time varies by destination and carrier schedules. Production/lead time (if applicable) is separate from transit time.
Inspection & Damage Claims
All shipments are insured. Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival.
- If there is visible damage, it must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging, product, and labels.
- Failure to document damage at delivery may impact claim eligibility.
